I subscribed, but Pro is still locked.
Check your internet connection, then open BetMethod → More → Restore purchases. Use the same Google Play account on Android, or Apple Account on iPhone, that purchased Pro. Allow verification to finish.
Apple and Google Play subscriptions are separate. A purchase on one platform does not unlock Pro on the other. If your subscription is active in the relevant store but access still does not return, email us with the error message. You do not need to create a BetMethod account.
How do I cancel or manage Pro?
In BetMethod, open More → Manage subscription. On Android, use Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BetMethod.
Pro renews monthly unless cancelled. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Check your app store for your renewal or expiry date.
How do I request a refund?
Request a refund through the store that processed your purchase. Refund eligibility depends on the store’s rules and applicable consumer rights.
Why am I not receiving notifications?
Open More and check that New tip notifications is enabled. Check that your phone’s system settings also allow BetMethod notifications. Focus or Do Not Disturb modes, connectivity and Android battery restrictions can affect alerts. Force-stopping the Android app can prevent notifications until you open it again.
Pro-tip alerts require an active, verified Pro membership. Notifications are optional and delivery is not guaranteed; you can always open the app to check for new tips.
What does Discreet mode change?
More → Discreet notifications uses neutral alert wording without mentioning bets or Pro. Your phone still displays the BetMethod app name and icon. Changes apply after syncing and cannot change an alert already sent.
Where are the selections, or why won’t a slip load?
Open a tip to view the original screenshot. Tap the screenshot to enlarge it and pinch to zoom. Pro slips and notes require an active Pro membership.
If a slip is missing, return to the tips list, pull down to refresh and try again. If it still will not load, contact us with the tip’s title or publication time.
Does “Live” mean live scores or guaranteed availability?
No. Live contains tips published for in-play betting, sometimes as part of a challenge. A pending result does not mean the match is still running. Odds and availability can change, and challenge targets are not guaranteed.
What do the results and stakes represent?
Results show our published bets and recorded stakes, not your personal bets or bankroll. Returns include stakes; subscription fees are not deducted from the recorded profit or loss. Fun Accas can be viewed separately.
If you spot an error, email us with the tip’s title and date so we can investigate.
How do I manage my privacy choices?
No BetMethod account is needed. In More, you can change notification preferences and switch off the daily activity counters using Help improve BetMethod. Subscriptions and notification registrations are handled separately from these counters.
